Aaron Arnett
Aaron Arnett is a graduate of Clemson University with a background in design and a Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning.   Aaron served for five years as the Historic Preservation Planner for the City of Salisbury, North Carolina. Aaron is a skilled presenter having addressed various community interest groups and organizations.   Aaron is equally adept at facilitating steering committees and neighborhood groups.   Aaron has authored many planning documents and is proficient in GIS analysis and mapping. Aaron has made presentations on Neighborhood Livability at the NC Institute of Government’s Summer Planning Institute and on Historic Preservation Incentives and Local Historic Districts at the Preservation Commission Workshop sponsored by the NC State Historic Preservation Office.   Aaron also serves as a commissioner for the City of Greenville’s Design and Preservation Commission.

Ben Muldrow
Ben Muldrow, a Partner at Arnett Muldrow & Associates, is responsible for all community marketing and branding functions of the Greenville, SC-based urban planning firm. Ben helps communities to develop their brand identity through an open process including public design sessions and collaborative small groups. He has designed new branding and marketing elements for revitalization projects in over 300 communities in Arkansas, Alabama, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Tripp Muldrow
Tripp Muldrow is an accomplished urban planner with experience covering a broad range of areas in the planning field.   Tripp’s
particular talents lie in understanding how planning and urban design concepts apply to economic development policies and strategies.   He has coordinated commercial corridor business associations, developed and implemented historic preservation policies, and authored downtown market studies, tourism plans, and economic development master planning efforts.   Tripp is a skilled public facilitator and talented writer.   He is equally comfortable conducting public meetings, facilitating community groups, writing technical reports and distilling complex technical information for general audiences.

He has served on the faculty of the South Carolina Mayor’s Institute for Community Design and has been guest lecturer at Clemson University, Pfeiffer University, and the South Carolina Planning Academy.   Most recently, Tripp was selected as part of an eighteen person Kellogg Foundation Grant delegation to County Mayo Ireland to study sustainable tourism and community development.   Tripp is also committed to his own community where he serves as President-Elect of the South Carolina American Planning Association, a board member of Community Builders (formerly the SC Downtown Development Association), a commissioner for the Greenville Housing Authority, and on the Board of Regents for Leadership Greenville.

Tee Coker
Tee Coker is an urban planner with experience covering a broad range of areas in the planning field. Tee has worked in ten states on a variety of Arnett Muldrow projects, including community branding workshops, downtown market studies, historic preservation and neighborhood redevelopment plans, and wayfinding master plans. Tee is a talented writer whose academic background provides him the ability to synthesize information and provide concise analyses of complex situations. He is also comfortable conducting public meetings, facilitating stakeholder interviews, writing technical reports and distilling technical information for general audiences.

As a recent graduate of Clemson University’s Master of City and Regional Planning program, Tee brings to bear knowledge of current urban planning practices and technologies. He is skilled in Geographic Information System (GIS) software, Adobe graphic design software, and is pursuing LEED-Green Associate certification to further his knowledge of sustainable neighborhood development. Tee is also keenly interested in the emerging fields of ecotourism and environmental graphic design, and has developed several wayfinding master plans that promote and enhance outdoor and recreation amenities. Outside of work, Tee is a community volunteer, a member of Saint Andrews Presbyterian Church, as well as an avid hiker, weight lifter, and visual artist.

Hannah Watson
A native of Easley, Hannah Watson lives and breathes the creative process. Hannah is a graphic designer and art director for Arnett Muldrow and Associates. She has extensive knowledge of branding, and has real-world experience beyond that of most recent graduates. Hannah is an insightful artist whose academic background provides her the ability to bring abstract concepts and ideas into a tangible design.  Hannah is comfortable facilitating group discussion and conducting stakeholder interviews. She is also skilled at conducting intensive market research, developing branding strategies, and implementing brand expansion.

As a recent graduate of Anderson University’s accredited Graphic Design program, Hannah has knowledge and experience with the most current design practices and technologies. She is skilled in Adobe graphic design software, but also enjoys using more traditional mediums, such as photography and illustration, to advance her work.
